The only problem (which was not unexpected) was that due to sales tax in the US and the customs duty in Belgium, the price had increased quite dramatically. And, of course, there was some delay in delivery due to customs clearance. But I do realise it's unavoidable when purchasing from outside the EU. So, all in all, happy with the purchase.

Custom and personalized orders
I'm happy to make your product in any colors that the yarn type (acrylic, cotton, alpaca, etc.) comes in but it does require a custom order and depending on the brand necessary to get the colors desired, the yarn may not be as soft as the brand I prefer to use.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I'm more than happy to send your order to another address if it is a gift. Gift orders come with the item wrapped in tissue paper & a short note if requested. Please leave the name & address the gift is to be sent to in the 'notes to seller' section when you purchase your order as well as whatever you would like the note to say.
